Medical-Objects Secure Messaging is a real-time point to point technology that connects health professionals. Using only encrypted HL7 messaging, Medical- Objects is compliant with The Department of Health electronic messaging standards. Faxing

Faxing remains 100% HIPAA & APP (Australian Privacy Principles) compliant, to provide the secure transmission of protected health information between healthcare providers and organisations. Trouble Shooting

How do I ask CLARITY to send me results?

If you are new to CLARITY and are not already set up to receive results you can make a note on the patient referral or contact us via email or phone. If you wish to update your preference please let us know via email or a phone call.

I can not see my patients results on IntelePACS

Patient results in InteleConnect and InteleViewer will be displayed for pateints that you have referred to CLARITY. Should you need results for imaging you did not refer you can use the 'break glass" function with the patient's consent.

Can I receive patient reports via email?

Email is not encrypted nor recognised as health standard secure messaging. It is not currently recommended for communication of patient information between healthcare providers. We ask that you select one of our secure methods above to receive patient reports.
