CLARITY staff do NOT provide patient results. 

Please follow up with YOUR referring Practitioner for your Radiology Report.

  • a report from your examination will be provided to your Referring Practitioner, in most cases within 24 hours of your test. 
  • Reports are uploaded to your My Health Record and CLARITY Patient Portal in 7-10 days. 
  • We do NOT email private health information or reports. If required, a written copy of your report should be requested from your Referring Practitioner.

Trouble Shooting

I didn't receive an activation email

Your email is sent at the time of your examination when you provide us with your email address. If you haven't received your activation email please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received your activation email please contact us to confirm your email address and resend your email.

My Activation Code has Expired

You have 60 days from the day of your examination to activate your account. If this time has lapsed please contact us to re-issue you with a new activation code.

My Code Isn't Working

The code is case sensitive, be sure to copy it exactly as it appears on your access card including capital letters. Try changing your internet browser to Edge or Google Chrome.

My Report is not on the Portal

Your report isn't available on the portal until you follow up your results with your referring Doctor, after 7-10 days. If you need a copy of your report for a different Doctor or Healthcare provider please contact CLARITY to request your report be sent to them.

I can't see my previous images

Only images from examinations CLARITY Waratah (since 29/01/2019) are available on the CLARITY Portal. To view images from studies performed at other imaging providers please contact their Practice directly. Your account will be automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The CLARITY Patient Portal is a secure and tightly controlled cloud-based website that enables you to manage your diagnostic imaging records anywhere, anytime. Once you activate your account you should store your login details securely to prevent any unauthorised access. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and store your information.
