No. Olivia is available 24/7 for those who might like to book an appointment outside of business hours or without calling the practice. However, you can still book an appointment with our reception staff by calling 4990 2655 during business hours. 

Your doctor will have provided information about the test you need on your referral under “Examination Requested”. Provide this information to Olivia, including type of scan – XR, CT, US or MRI with the area of the body. If you are unsure of what exam you need or are unable to read your doctors writing it is best to either call our reception team to assist your or upload your referral via the form below and we will be in touch. 

YES.  It is important that you upload a scan or photo of your referral via the link sent to your mobile from Olivia. Failure to upload your referral may lead to an incorrect booking and/or cancellation of your appointment. CLARITY takes no responsibility for incorrect bookings where the referral has not been uploaded for confirmation. 

Olivia is trained in many of our routine imaging examinations. Some procedures have complex booking schedules and require the availability of highly skilled staff, which can change day-to-day. If Olivia is unable to offer you an appointment she will send our reception staff a request on your behalf and we will contact you during business hours.  To expedite this process please be sure to upload the referral via the link Olivia sends to your mobile.  

Unfortunately Olivia can’t cancel or modify an appointment yet. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please call our reception during business hours on 4990 2655.
